1. Our Services

Detling's Detailing LLC provides mobile auto detailing services, including exterior washing and detailing (The Wash, Exterior Detail), interior cleaning (Express Interior, Signature Interior), and our Full Detail package, throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We come to your location to perform services. Pricing varies by vehicle size and package as listed on our website, and add-on services (such as pet hair removal or stain/odor treatment) may incur additional charges based on the condition of your vehicle, quoted prior to service.

2. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated and may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. Additional charges for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odor will be communicated prior to performing the additional work.

4. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Detling's Detailing LLC about your quotes, appointments, invoices and service, including appointment confirmations and service reminders. Promotional offers and discounts are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. How you sign up for texts. You can sign up in any of these ways: (1) by checking a text message box on our quote request form; (2) by texting our business number first, in which case we reply only about your request; or (3) by saying yes when we ask by phone or in person: “Can we text you at this number about your quote and appointment? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop.” We text only if you say yes. Our first text to you says it is from Detling's Detailing and how to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Signing up for texts is not a condition of buying any service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Detling's Detailing LLC is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our control. Concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
