1. Our Services

Detling's Detailing LLC provides mobile auto detailing services, including exterior washing and detailing (The Wash, Exterior Detail), interior cleaning (Express Interior, Signature Interior), and our Full Detail package, throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We come to your location to perform services. Pricing varies by vehicle size and package as listed on our website, and add-on services (such as pet hair removal or stain/odor treatment) may incur additional charges based on the condition of your vehicle, quoted prior to service.

2. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated and may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. Additional charges for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odor will be communicated prior to performing the additional work.

4. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Detling's Mobile Detailing, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and promotional offers and discounts. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. Limitation of Liability

Detling's Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our control. Concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
