This Privacy Policy explains how Detling's Detailing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you visit detlingsdetailing.com or request our services.

1. Information We Collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location (city), ZIP code, service choices, and vehicle details. We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us.

When you send the quote form, our customer system saves your request. It also saves whether you checked each of the two optional text message consent boxes, the exact wording shown beside each box, and the time your request was received. Leaving either box unchecked does not stop you from asking for a quote.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide our detailing services, communicate with you regarding your quote or appointment, and improve our customer service.

If you opt in to text messages (by checking a consent box on our quote request form, by texting us first, or by saying yes when we ask by phone or in person; see section 4 of our Terms of Service), we will send you SMS text messages related to your service, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and service updates, and, if you separately opt in to marketing messages, promotional offers and discounts. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and may include recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Information Sharing

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our website, process appointment requests, and communicate with customers — including our website hosting platform, scheduling software, payment processor, and SMS/text messaging provider. These providers only access your information as needed to perform their services and are required to keep it confidential.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks quote form submissions for bots. Cloudflare may process information about your browser and visit to run that check. After our customer system saves your request, Web3Forms receives a limited copy of your quote details and sends an email copy to us. If that email copy fails, your saved request remains in our customer system.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit a request or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand how visitors use our site.
